Brokerage
I am huge fan of Vanguard for its ease of use and great customer service. But there are many other option out there and whichever you choose make sure you stick with it and consolidate investments with one brokerage to make life easier.

Untraditional popular options, I no longer use these but these did help me get into investing. If you are starting out, I would suggest to start with the above 3 options.
