Job DetailsI am searching for a Personal Assistant to join the team! The role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in tech-focused content creation, marketing, and brand partnership space You will working alongside Sundas and her team at SK Media to develop brand partnerships. Checkout Sundas’ work on YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and more.
Paid Part-time, 2-4 hours / week

Job LocationRemote, preferably in PST +/- 3 hrs

What you'll be doing

• Assisting Sundas in managing inbox, working with brands and developing brand partnerships
• Assisting in contract negotiations with attention to details
• Managing brand partnership calendar and invoicing
• Analyze performance metrics on regular basis to inform content decisions and strategy
• Working with video editors to provide feedback on improving the video drafts
• Coming up with creative content ideas including scripting on long-form and short-form videos

What you should have

• Knowledge of Youtube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media outlets.
• Ability to plan, manage, prioritize, and organize workload and communicate expectations accordingly.
• Content calendar management experience with tools such as meta suites, metricool, sprout social, hootsuite
• Strong communication skills and attention to details
• Be able to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient understanding of Sundas’s content niche
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with others

Bonus Points

• Understanding of the tech audience either from working experience in the tech industry or an academic background aimed towards tech professions
• You are a content creator in tech
• You are based in Seattle, WA
